CATO Login Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Stuck at Login:Disconnect from Wi-Fi.
a. Wait until the "Disconnect" message appears.
b. Attempt to log in again.
2. Persistent Errors and No Login Screen:
Remove the user account and try logging in with a different account or by resetting the user credentials
3. (For IT) Stuck at Microsoft login
- Remove CATO application
- Remove %appdata% - Local - Cato folder
- Remove c:\programdata CATO Folder
- Reboot and reinstall CATO
How to Login
- Open CATO
- Open installed application, and click power button
- Click "Sign in with Azure"
